Refund Policy
- Professional fees paid to the Firm shall generally be non-refundable once the assignment has commenced, documents have been reviewed, consultations have been provided, or services have been rendered.
- Any advance payment made towards statutory filings, government fees, third-party charges, or out-of-pocket expenses shall be non-refundable once such expenses are incurred or paid.
- In cases where an assignment is cancelled prior to commencement of work, the Firm may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund after deduction of administrative, consultation, and processing charges.
- No refund shall be applicable for delays, non-completion, or consequences arising due to non-submission of information/documents, non-cooperation, or changes in requirements by the client.
- Any refund request shall be submitted in writing along with relevant details and supporting documents.
- Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within a reasonable period through the original mode of payment or any other mode deemed appropriate by the Firm.
